A perfect NYE party get up 🙌 After knitting like a madwoman leading up to Christmas (only one project was a gift-knit, the rest were gifts to ME) my mojo promptly decided to take a well-deserved nap and I haven't had the energy to wake it back up again. C'est la vie. It might have something to do with the fact that I'm five rows into the swatch for my next project, which is the 1988 cardigan, and I might be feeling a bit daunted. Maybe I need to knit a hat, too.
What a HUGE number of projects begun or completed during such a tiny post-holiday window! Wow! So impressive. (Warning: I'm going to steal the socks!!)
I love the little white stripe on the sock, like a sneaky secret LGBTQIA+* flag colour? Ace? NB? Not sure, no offence intended!
The cabled hat broke my brain. I also have not knit a stitch in a month. I started colouring again as it is fun, mindless and low stakes, a perfect flow activity for me. Faber-Castell soft leads, sooo nice.
I was in the market for a new ring and DID ACTUALLY seriously consider one of the ones from jnwjewellry
But I didn't know my size, and taxes from US to EU are very very high. So I shopped locally instead, sorreee
I really loved the pieces so might take a punt when you drop more...
